Convert/Edit Sony PXW-Z100 XAVC files in CyberLink PowerDirector on Mac

How to edit Sony PXW-Z100 XAVC video in PowerDirector? I recorded some video via my new PXW-Z100 4K camcorder, I want to make a shott video for sharing on YouTube. But I can’t import and edit the XAVC video in PowerDirector. Someone give me some suggestion?
